(Bill no ha sugerido que vayamos todos juntos.)
En inglés el subjuntivo de cualquier verbo se hace con el infinitivo sin to:
I suggested (that) she come with us.
(Sugerí que ella viniera con nosotros.)
They demand (that) Bob have a new chance.
(Ellos exigen que Bob tenga una nueva oportunidad.)
Aunque, cada vez más, a un nivel menos formal se usan los tiempos del indicativo:
I suggested (that) she came with us.
(Sugerí que ella viniera con nosotros.)
They demand (that) Bob has a new chance.
(Ellos exigen que Bob tenga una nueva oportunidad.)

SUGGEST tiene dos estructuras:
1. Si la persona que sugiere se incluye en la sugerencia:
They suggested going for a walk.
(Ellos sugirieron ir a dar una vuelta.)
(Ellos sugirieron que fuéramos a dar una vuelta.)
Does she suggest taking a taxi?
(¿Ella sugiriere coger un taxi?)
(¿Ella sugiriere que cojamos un taxi?)
2. Aguien sugiere a otra u otras personas hacer algo:
